I do not like to leave reviews, but this first experience made me do it. I asked the bigger lady with bleached hair at the desk for some tape to tape up my box so it would be easier to get the package back in my car, but because they couldn’t ship my package the bigger lady with bleached hair refused to provide me with tape saying “we don’t have tape, I have not purchased any in a while”… at a USPS store. She was extremely rude to me from the beginning for no reason at all, as i was very kind to her. I hope management steps up at this particular store to filter out the Karens.

Bad customer service man. Very bad. The customer service agent this morning claimed he didn’t know what to fill in the mail boxes after making us stand outside for almost 20 minutes in the name of social distancing. His name is Teddy and that customer service was below standard. It didn’t work well with me, perhaps learn how to relate to people in the pandemic. They were so slow I should have gone to another USPS store.

There is a man that’s large set who is very short tempered and unwilling to help. I talked with management and they said there’s nothing they can do as postal employees cannot really be disciplined or fired. They earn these positions after some time and after getting them are protected from any discipline. It’s an awful place to deal with. We deserve better. I’m not sure why the employees are so mean and bitter. Maybe not paid enough but still customers have nothing to do with it.

I was going to get out PO Box here but the customer service is unbelievable. I called to make sure I could go into the USPS that I am moving from to verify and get my new PO Box number to change my address. The worker did not really have a clue about verifying PO Boxes, but agreed to it. When the USPS worker at my current location called to send them my ID for verification, she completely refused to do it. Then the location proceeded to not answer any more incoming calls. I got my full refund and am taking my business to UPS.
