Melinda was very helpful – I had about 20ish certified letters to send and she worked with me while dealing with other customers. She had a good attitude even though I knew I dumped a decent work load on her!

I do not believe that I have been to this facility, but by the photos seen on your site, it seems top of the line in presentation, view, and grabbing attention. Nice. Tap my name above with your finger, and learn more about my life view, and a tip of the tip of my experience so far.

I called requesting information about getting a passport application. The young man told me I could get an application there & get a photo there but would need to apply to set a date & time for processing. I called back because the website would not go thru & the young man said he did not know why & to keep trying. I gave up for the day. When I called back today a very nice young man, Cory, told me they DO NOT have the forms there & to apply online at travel.state.gov. Thank goodness he told me that because I have to use UBER to get there. I am concerned about applying online using my social security number. Thank you Cory for the update.

I’ve been here as a box holder for nearly five years.Always helpful, even when appeared overwhelmed with people inline. The staff always will to help and explain the processes to customers. (Amazed a people that don’t utilize USPS or don’t know you must have a stamp)Good people, serving the people that often don’t appreciate their work.
