My husband and I arrived at our passport appointment and Tim greeted us for our appointments and reviewed our paperwork promptly! We were pleased with the timeliness, knowledgeable and good customer service Tim provided.

Walked in before closing and the lady named tammi wanted to shake her finger at me telling me not to come in and I proceeded to go inside because it was not yet closing time. I had my package pre labeled and just needed to put the stuff in the box and tape it up. Then she locks the door and proceeds to say anyone on this side of the door is a worker. But I was lucky there was one other kind lady there that accepted my package. I failed to get her name but she was very kind and I appreciated her helping me. The only reason they got two stars is because of the kind lady. The other one just ewwwww all the way around. Hope this helps.

Scheduled a time to take care of a new passport application. Took time of from work to get it done. Was not made aware by anyone through email or text that this office was not doing passports that week only. Guy at front counter was extremely rude about it as well.

Post office customer service is NONEXISTENT! The line of clients kept building up, while 2 workers just a had conversation with someone about other federal agencies, using statements like “rip off, do t trust them, call hour credit card and report a fraud “. Shameful! And don’t try to ask questions..they don’t feel like answering them..
