Post office Britton Rd Oklahoma City 73114 Phone Number Reviews

My place is a new build and mail has been very difficult. I had a couple packages shipped by UPS. They dropped them off at the post office and gave me little to no information on where my packages were. I called this post office and Manny was amazing! He told me everything I needed to know about my new place’s mail boxes… when they’d be complete, where they are at, and that he had my packages. When I arrived they provided me with my packages, ALL of the mail I hadn’t received since moving, and informed me that my mail boxes were almost finished. 10/10 experience on the phone and in person.

The front desk employees working on 03/17/22 @ about 4pm; were EXTREMELY RUDE to us customers! The man was dismissive and cold… and the woman who finally helped me treated me like an irate customer for simply trying to explain my problem…. HORRIBLE SERVICE overall if possible, I would tell everyone to go to a different location!!!!

This post office just pains my soul. The old lady does not listen and doesn’t care and lied to my face that my package had not been delivered when I had received a notification that it was held at the post office 2 days before. This has happened twice . Why do they hire people who clearly would care less? They move so slow and just don’t even have a smile . Everyone there is so rude and unprofessional.
