Cool building. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. It does get busy but they are still patient and have helped me out with problems several times.

When the manager of this branch stood outside the door at 5:25 PM to coordinate the closing that night, he was not wearing a mask — I felt very uncomfortable about that. Also, mailed packages placed in this branch’s lobby receptacle are not having their tracking barcodes scanned, causing me a lot of grief. Why should I have to go to the counter, raising my health risk as well as the clerks’, when there is a lobby receptacle whose packages should be scanned just as the counter packages are.

This post office has excellent service. It’s seldom super busy so I don’t have to wait in a long line. I got here when I need to send packages. The staff here are super duper helpful. They also sell stamps here and you can get something weighed if your not sure how much postage you need.

I have mailed over 500 packages over the past 3 years, using this particular USPS office. Courteous 95% of the time (hey, they’re human), and wait times are typically under 5 minutes.

On occasion, the line can build to a 10min+ queue.
When we start to moan about a few extra minutes in a line for a non-life-threatening situation, our lives have gotten pretty good.

I will continue to support, chat with, and use the Arlington Center USPS office. If only the USPS would inject $$ into their machines, process, and salaries.
